• Data Storage

  Your Wardrobe, your looks and your picks are stored on ZIMRICS’s servers. Try-on, the Stylist and syncing across devices all need this.

  You may choose "On this device only" in Settings. Features that need a server stop working, and nothing survives losing your phone.

• Data Usage (AI)

  "Help improve ZIMRICS’s AI": your data trains the engine. Nothing that identifies you is stored with it.

  "Answer my requests only": your data is used to answer you, then not retained for training. Either setting can be changed at any time.

• Location

  Location sets your currency, prices and measurement units. The app works without it, and it is never used for anything else.

• Photographs of you

  A try-on is generated from photographs of you, and the results are saved to My Looks. Those photographs are yours: they are not published, not shown to other users, and are deleted when you delete the look.

  The public part of this site is the writing and the looks people choose to publish — nothing else.

• Your account

  You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Only your full name is required for a profile; height, weight and date of birth are optional and exist so try-on and fit estimates work.

  Sign out from Settings at any time. To delete your account and everything stored with it, write to us from the Contact page and a person will do it.

• Terms of use

  ZIMRICS is provided as it stands. Suggestions from the Stylist, figures such as Cost / Wear, and try-on images are estimates made from what you have recorded, and are for your own use.

  You keep the rights to every photograph you upload. You grant ZIMRICS only what is needed to store it, show it back to you, and — if you have allowed it — improve the AI with it.
